About the Role:

Clough is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on human resource policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, issues, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning processes to support project mobilization, demobilization, and redeployment.
  • Assist in developing reports and data analysis across a range of HR metrics.
  • Support the recruitment and mobilization teams in ensuring an efficient and effective process.
About You:
  • You possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a general Human Resources role.
  • You have demonstrated stakeholder management experience and possess high-level problem-solving skills.
  • You are able to think critically and develop solutions to meet business needs.
