Job Role Summary

At Hilton Hotels, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to our two Hilton hotels, ensuring a remarkable team member experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver employee relations services to the highest standards to two Hilton hotels.
  • Assist the HR Director in developing HR strategies that drive organisational success.
  • Manage succession planning and assist senior managers during the appraisal process.
  • Manage employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
  • Support managers to ensure the success of their teams.
  • Ensure the recruitment and selection process is adhered to, and immigration checks are carried out.
  • Support the hotel in meeting departmental training requirements.
  • Ensure the completion of management reports for head office and region.
  • Control costs and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets.
  • Manage pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries in line with company guidelines.
  • Complete training for hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry.
  • Assist and resolve team member and management queries.

Requirements

We are looking for a HR Advisor with a positive attitude, good communication and people skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3 years HR experience, ability to manage performance concerns and grievances, and flexibility to respond to different work situations.
