Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Transformation Specialist to join our Darwin team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to broaden your consulting skills, work on complex projects, and take ownership of specific project domains or work streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client consultations and other client engagements, taking ownership of specific project domains or work streams.
  • Undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects, building on your project management capability.
  • Develop strong, well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients in an influential way.
  • Taking an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams, contributing to pursuits, and identifying opportunities for future client engagements.
  • Provide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers, particularly on large projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years prior work experience in a professional environment related to our sectors and capability areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret and translate qualitative and quantitative data.
  • The capability to think, articulate, write, and present logically.
  • Strong problem-solving ability applied in a structured and creative way.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
