Job Summary:

We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, utilizing strong customer service skills when speaking with new and existing customers about our products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, assisting with customer inquiries, and managing inbound calls within set SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring positive customer outcomes and achieving customer service and quality targets.
  • Customer Inquiries: Assist with customer inquiries, providing policies and following internal processes to achieve customer service and quality targets.
  • Call Management: Manage inbound calls within set SLAs, following company standards to achieve positive customer outcomes.
  • Customer Insights: Understand customer insights and feedback, always acting in the best interest of our customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and internal compliance obligations.

About You:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service role, delivering excellent customer outcomes.
  • Contact Centre Experience: Contact Centre experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Resilience: Resilience in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
