Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets
Requirements
  • Previous call centre experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
