Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Permobil. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and dealers.

Key Tasks

  • Process sales quotes and enter orders into the system
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ensure timely and accurate product delivery
  • Maintain contact with sales representatives and dealers
  • Handle sales calls from dealers and end-users
  • Assist customers with product orders, tracking, and locating product shipments
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of customer services

Your Background and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills (professional and strong phone manner)
  • Calm and professional approach to inquiries
  • Strong computer skills using typical business applications
  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with SAP or MYOB for at least 1-2 years
