Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Permobil. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to the development of customer services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales quotes and enter orders into the system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure accurate and timely product delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • Maintain contact with sales representatives and dealers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth
  • Handle sales calls and provide product information to customers, showcasing our products and services
  • Assist customers with product orders, tracking, and locating shipments, providing exceptional support and guidance
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer services, sharing ideas and best practices with the team

Your Background and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and strong phone manner, with a calm and professional approach to customer inquiries
  • Strong computer skills using typical business applications, with a minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with SAP or MYOB for at least 1-2 years, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
