Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Merchandiser/Sales Representative to join our sales team, servicing clients within the Sydney Metropolitan West/Southwest area. This role involves coordinating retail distribution support activities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth through effective merchandising and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute business initiatives and merchandising expectations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain quality relationships with customers at all levels of the business structure.
  • Develop and coordinate AMES Australasia's brand support activities, including promotional events and peak customer trading period support.
  • Identify customer training opportunities and conduct applicable sanctioned modular training.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work closely with the sales team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual lifting tasks.
