C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive transformative learning experiences and shape the future of children in our care.

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in designing and delivering high-quality adult learning programs. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of collaborating across organizations to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of an evidence-informed learning and development strategy that supports the growth of our teams.
  • Work in partnership with our Senior Leadership Team to determine learning needs, trends, and issues for the organization and implement targeted capability solutions.
  • Manage and support the operational use of our Learning Management System and content development for a range of organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop systems for reporting and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, educational frameworks, and C&K policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain key government and non-government stakeholders to increase C&K's profile and influence policy and strategy to build future sustainability.

About You:

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these – we will cover the cost of both).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Education, Adult Learning/Training, or Organizational Development.
  • Kirkpatrick certificate highly desirable.
  • An understanding of the early childhood education and care context and its frameworks.
