C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten, a renowned provider of early childhood education in Queensland, seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Early Childhood Education Manager. Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum.

This role plays a vital part in driving our learning and development strategy, ensuring that our programs are responsive to the needs of our workforce and aligned with our strategic goals. As the Senior Early Childhood Education Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of adult learning frameworks and organizational capability initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that promote excellence in inclusion and wellbeing, harnessing expert knowledge and best practices to drive improvement in curriculum, pedagogy, and practice.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the progress of initiatives and projects, collaborating with C&K Managers and partners to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Business Development: Represent C&K at an organizational level, advocating for our inclusion and wellbeing program and building relationships with stakeholders to increase our profile and influence policy and strategy.
  • Education and Practice: Embed our inclusion and wellbeing approach within the curriculum framework of all C&K services and programs.
  • Personal Accountability: Demonstrate personal drive and integrity, taking responsibility for meeting objectives and exhibiting initiative and commitment to achieving goals.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education (Early Childhood) or a Postgraduate qualification in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and quality of programs and services.
  • Evidence of sound professional experience showing initiative, personal responsibility, commitment to development, and application of evidence and expertise in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
