We are committed to delivering high-quality services that support the well-being and inclusion of children, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager.

About the Role:

The Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of strategies that promote the well-being and inclusion of children in our care. This includes overseeing the policy and strategy that underpins the learning and development of our people, driving continuous improvement, and shaping the future of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of agreed positions and evidence-informed strategies that support professional development and excellence in inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Manage and monitor progress of initiatives and projects, collaborating with C&K Managers and other partners.
  • Represent C&K at an organisational level, including communication and advocacy of C&K's inclusion and wellbeing program for children and educators.
  • Ensure C&K's inclusion and wellbeing approach is embedded in the curriculum approach of all C&K services and programs.

Requirements:

  • Hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor's in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field.
  • Demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and quality of programs and services provided across a dispersed early childhood service network.
  • Evidence of sound professional experience showing initiative, personal responsibility, commitment to personal development, and application of evidence and professional expertise.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience.
