Key Responsibilities
  • Support a mature portfolio of high-value agribusiness customers in Wangaratta, Mansfield, Alexandra, and surrounding areas.
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers in accessing finance to grow their businesses and communities.
  • Prepare loan proposals and reviews, ensuring quality credit assessment and management.
  • Budget effectively and manage finances to meet business objectives.
  • Nurture relationships with Key Business Influencers through proactive networking and relationship-building.
Requirements
  • A degree in commerce, finance, or related field.
  • Experience working as a banking/customer relationship manager in agriculture or agribusiness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
