Agricultural Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Business Growth Manager to join our Melbourne-based team and drive growth and adoption with accounting partners in the agricultural sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Craft tailored business development plans to enhance growth and profitability for our partner businesses
- Build strong, strategic relationships with practice managers and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion
- Lead onboarding and training programs to maximize partner competency and ensure seamless integration of our services
- Monitor business health and identify areas for improvement to optimize growth potential
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive business outcomes
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Agri-business or Agri-science
- At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance, preferably in a business development role
- Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector, with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Familiarity with SaaS/cloud software, particularly in the context of agri-finances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
