Senior Agricultural Operations Manager

As a senior agricultural operations manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading business efficiency through strong supplier relationships and streamlined sales operations within the retail network.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee product management, procurement, sales operations and administration for a high-performing agricultural rental unit.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with seasonal demand and operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules and order processing to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
You will be a motivated professional with a passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of input procurement, sales coordination and inventory management. Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management or a related field is required, as well as extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics and farming practices, proficiency in ERP systems and excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
