Lead the operational and sales functions of a multi-million-dollar agricultural rental and procurement business.

As our key leader, you will manage a high-performing unit, develop procurement strategies, build supplier relationships, and drive business efficiency through streamlined sales operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee product management, procurement, sales operations, and administration.
  • Develop and implement seasonal procurement strategies that align with operational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order processing to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, ideally within large-scale farming.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a willingness to travel to suppliers and customers.
