About the Role:
As a key leader in our agricultural operations, you will oversee business functions, manage inventory levels, and drive efficiency through strong supplier relationships and streamlined sales processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of input procurement, sales coordination, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product management, procurement, sales operations, and administration for an agricultural rental unit
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with seasonal demand and operational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order processing to ensure uninterrupted supply
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations
- Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a willingness to travel to suppliers and customers
