Your Key Responsibilities:- Craft tailored growth plans to drive adoption for accounting partners
- BUILD meaningful relationships with practice managers and key stakeholders
- Lead onboarding and training programs to maximize partner competency
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams
You will excel in this role if you have a genuine passion for agriculture, enjoy building relationships, and are comfortable with technology.
About You:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Agri-business or Agri-science
- At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance
- Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector
- Experience with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-starting attitude
- Proven track record in client relationship management
