About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Woods & Co Recruitment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leveraging your connections within the hospitality sector to achieve sales targets through fostering client relationships, enhancing product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to become their preferred supplier.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet set sales targets, including both new and ongoing sales.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all client visits and deliver exceptional service.
  • Liaise with Venues: Liaise with pubs, bars, and venues alike using your connections.
  • Present Sales Forecasts: Present sales forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
  • Background in Hospitality Sales: Must have a background in hospitality sales, pubs, clubs, events.
  • Network in Hospitality: A network in hospitality and venues.
  • Strong Rapport and Liaising Skills: Strong rapport, liaising, and influencing skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
  • Fearless Attitude: A fearless attitude and a willingness to learn a new skill.
