Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales flow, and serving as a point of contact for all customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
- Manage the sales flow of an average 10-15 customers per week.
- Serve as a point of contact for all customers.
- Complete necessary administrative paperwork.
- Attend weekly review meetings to evaluate performance.
- Network within the local community and support specific marketing events.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Be a self-starter and self-motivated.
- Must be a problem solver.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and be insurable.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years of sales experience.
- Experience within the painting or construction industries.
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred but not required.
The compensation package includes a competitive salary, commission, and annual bonus. The salary range is $36,000 to $90,000 per year, with unlimited earning potential.
