Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing team in Melbourne. As a key member of our ANZ division, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment support across Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine recruitment requirements and manage the full recruitment process
  • Proactively partner with the business to understand recruitment forecasts
  • Develop and deploy effective talent attraction strategies
  • Cultivate and manage talent pools aligned with critical talent segments
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience working in internal or agency recruitment roles, specifically in the Engineering space
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a passion for building internal relationships
  • Consultative and proactive approach to recruitment
