Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our overall talent management strategy.

You will partner with hiring managers, work closely with the workforce team, and report to the talent manager to drive end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across our residential aged care homes.

Your primary objective will be to guide and promote recruitment best practices, sourcing talented individuals who share our values and vision to make every day the best it can be.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of recruitment experience, managing bulk recruitment activities, exceptional communication skills, and strong computer literacy.

They will also possess attention to detail, ability to partner and build strong relationships, influence and educate hiring managers, and provide solutions-focused self-starting skills.

In this role, you will consult with Hiring Managers and Operations to identify recruitment needs, optimise strategic sourcing channels, build networks, and pipelines to ensure quality of hire and alignment with purpose and cultural alignment.

You will also be responsible for the 360 recruitment process, retention, organisational, and participating in group and individual recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Hiring Managers and Operations to identify recruitment needs.
  • Optimise strategic sourcing channels and build networks and pipelines.
  • Responsible for 360 recruitment process with a specific focus on retention.
  • Organise and participate in group and individual recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate visa and immigration processes for employees requiring visa.

Travel to our homes and working from home and our state-based office may be required.
