IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
  • Partner with clients across Melbourne to understand their specific IT recruitment needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to the offer stage.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and attracting top IT talent within the infrastructure and software development space.
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Providing expert advice on IT recruitment strategies and solutions.
  4. Staying ahead of the competition by continuously improving knowledge of the IT job market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in placing IT professionals within infrastructure and software development roles.
  • Strong understanding of the current IT recruitment landscape in Melbourne.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for technology and a genuine desire to help people find their dream jobs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
