Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with leaders and hiring teams.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and collaboration tools.
