Expert Recruiter

Tandem Partners is seeking its first Strategic Talent Acquisition Expert to join the team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the business.
- Work across the full talent acquisition process, including writing position descriptions, posting job advertisements, proactively sourcing, interviewing and managing the background checks and offer process.
- Guide and coach leaders on how best to interview to attract the right talent. You will sit in on interviews and may be required to travel to different sites for interviewing purposes.
To be successful within the role, you will bring:
- Previous experience working within a senior talent acquisition role, ideally within the education sector.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence.
