Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers and workforce teams to drive our overall talent management strategy.

This role supports the entire recruitment process, covering a range of positions across Residential Aged Care Homes. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships and networks to ensure quality of hire and cultural alignment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of recruitment experience, including bulk recruitment activities, exceptional communication skills, and strong computer literacy. They must be able to think strategically, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with hiring managers and operations to identify recruitment needs;
  • Building networks and pipelines to ensure quality of hire and cultural alignment;
  • Managing the 360 recruitment process, focusing on retention;
  • Organizing and participating in group and individual recruitment activities;
  • Coordinating visa and immigration processes;
  • Collecting and maintaining compliance documentation;
  • Preparing and providing accurate contracts and letters;
  • Managing the onboarding process;
  • Monitoring SLAs and dashboard metrics.
