Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with hiring managers, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure quality support for stakeholders.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and developing targeted talent acquisition plans
  • Providing exceptional client service-oriented support to all stakeholders
  • Supporting panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and timely delivery
  • Utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key skills
  • Supporting senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment
  • Contributing to change and improvement in recruitment services, including system enhancements, documenting knowledge, and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience providing outstanding client service, preferably in a human resources environment
  • Prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely advice on process and policy to complex enquiries
  • Demonstrated experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasks or projects
  • Experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation, and/or equivalent recruitment experience
