Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives
  • SOURCE exceptional candidates and drive seamless selection processes
  • Provide expert advice on talent strategies and craft innovative recruitment approaches across the APAC region
  • Champion customer experience and ensure every hiring leader and candidate embarks on an exceptional hiring journey
  • Promote our culture and cultivate relationships internally and externally to embody our core values and culture
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in large corporate environments, ideally supporting health-related portfolios
  • Extensive recruitment experience across the APAC region, enhancing ability to engage with diverse talent pool
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to drive impactful outcomes
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and tackle challenges and opportunities with confidence and creativity
