Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Expert to partner with our Corporate Platforms and drive end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a passionate individual who is organized, focused on delivering exceptional recruitment experiences, and able to identify ways to improve our processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver key resourcing initiatives
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies using various sourcing channels to attract quality talent
- Collate, distribute, and present market intelligence and insights to stakeholders
- Utilize data-driven insights to influence hiring managers and develop their recruiting and assessing capability
- Manage recruitment agency relationships in accordance with established protocols
