Role Overview

This senior position reports directly to the CEO and COO, focusing on redefining the People & Culture department to drive growth while cultivating the next generation of talent.

  • Develop and implement strategies enhancing team culture, employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Mentor staff at all levels, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Establish a successful succession plan for management levels.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract top talent.
  • Foster open communication and address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Design initiatives supporting professional growth, diversity, and employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align company values with business objectives, creating an environment where employees thrive.
