About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Just Digital People in Brisbane. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and bonuses based on performance.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with recognised brands to drive growth through strategic roadmapping and delivery. You will plan, budget, and manage creative and strategic projects, leveraging your expertise to make a real impact on the client and their career.

This role is ideal for an experienced Account Manager or Business Development Manager who wants to take their skills to the next level and work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive business growth and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Be accountable for all client activity, including scopes, tasks, and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Define client outcomes and collaborate with the team to oversee the delivery of tasks, leveraging your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
  • Maintain a client roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve business inefficiencies and presenting solutions to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Business Development or Account Management role in the digital space
  • Proven track record of campaign delivery, with a focus on driving business growth and development
  • Able to work in an agile environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience with e-commerce growth mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into clear outcomes
