Job Title: Senior Administrator

This role is a senior administrative position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the securities industry, with knowledge of Corporations Law and ASX Listing Rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Leader in the proactive management of the Registry Team.
  • Provide assistance with transactional processing, staff support and management, and coordination of day-to-day workflow to ensure delivery of Client Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Work with the Team Leader to formulate solutions to resolve client and investor complaints, reduce self-insured claims, improve operational efficiency, meet compliance requirements, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A proven ability to coach team members.
  • An understanding and knowledge of the securities industry and financial markets.
  • Solid KPI track record.
  • Service and quality orientation.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Sound oral and written communication skills.
