We are seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring our home runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate rosters, assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding, providing prompt and friendly customer service, proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales, maintaining all record management systems, and supporting the residential aged care manager in their daily tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of staff and resident information;
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers;
  • Managing the enquiries pipeline to ensure timely responses and conversions;
  • Supporting the residential aged care manager in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Required qualifications include:

  • A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally);
  • Strong customer service experience and sales skills;
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and work in fast-paced environment;
  • Solid computer and data skills;
  • Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally).
