Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in a full-time position. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding workplace and opportunity.

This position involves building ongoing relationships with clients, investors, VCs, and other relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing client onboarding and transitions, including data cleansing and communication. Additionally, you will educate clients on our processes and best practices, providing platform training and demonstrations where applicable.

You will engage with clients to understand the nature of their business and guide them on what tools would benefit them. Furthermore, you will support operations as required, such as being the key point of contact for managing client transactions, reviewing and reconciling reports.
