We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a key role that involves supporting, retaining and growing customer relationships.
About the Role:This position plays a vital part in our B2C team, focusing on relationship management with existing and potential partners. Key responsibilities include:
- Retention and growth of existing partner relationships.
- Identification and securing of new partnership opportunities within your region.
- Promoting 13cabs as the preferred network partner in regional areas.
- Maintaining a network of key contacts across the Bureau network in Queensland.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to support network maintenance and growth.
- Assisting the Fleet Relationship Manager in achieving Bureau fleet growth targets.
- Efficient completion of processes and administrative tasks.
- Supporting the delivery of Bureau training and communications.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, relationship management or administration.
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
- Experience in franchising, small business consulting or B2B roles is advantageous.
- Taxi industry experience is highly regarded.
