AECOM seeks an IT Business Relationship Manager to serve as the main liaison between the company's Business and IT departments.

This role will leverage knowledge of IT's strategy across the enterprise IT landscape to help drive business success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including business executives, department heads, and end-users.
  • Ensure IT initiatives, projects, and services align with business objectives and leverage knowledge on IT's strategic roadmap to advise business leaders.
  • Prioritize and manage demand for IT services and solutions within the organization.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes, evaluating the feasibility and business value of proposed IT projects.
  • Engage in business analysis activities to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation.
