Pharmacist Manager Opportunity

Raven's Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join their patient-centred team in Newcastle. As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical services to customers and leading a high-energy team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical services and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy customer-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
