Transformative Culture and Behaviour Change Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive organisational culture transformation and behaviour change at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and embedding our strategic ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement culture transformation strategies to align with our organisational goals and ambitions.
  • Design and lead targeted programmes to drive cultural shifts and behaviour change across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed our desired culture and values.
  • Lead the TPG Telecom Culture Survey and associated actions to inform and improve our culture initiatives.
  • Coach and develop leaders and employees to embed our culture and values.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives that drive behaviour change.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive cultural transformation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Results-orientated with a proven track record of delivering desired outcomes.
  • Organisational psychology or relevant tertiary qualification.
