Organisational Culture and Development Manager

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our organisational culture and development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll drive strategic programmes to embed our desired culture and behaviours, fostering a high-performing organisation that delivers exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement culture and development strategies that align with our organisational ambitions.
- Design and lead targeted programmes to drive cultural shifts and improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed culture across all touchpoints.
- Coach and provide guidance to employees to embed culture and behaviours.
- Facilitate development programmes to enhance cultural capabilities.
- Deliver board requirements for the culture programme and provide consultation on sustainability and annual reports.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive cultural change.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-orientated with a proven track record of delivering desired outcomes.
- Organisational psychology or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangement.
