Organisational Culture Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our organisational culture and development initiatives at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to embed our desired culture across the organisation.
- Design and lead culture surveys to inform and adapt our approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural shifts and embed our Spirit of TPG Telecom.
- Coach and facilitate programs to enhance employee experience and culture.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive outcomes.
- Proven experience in organisational development and culture transformation.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive cultural change.
- Ability to design and implement initiatives that drive desired culture outcomes.
- Results-orientated with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
- Organisational psychology or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangement.
