Transformative Culture Leader Opportunity

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our organisational culture transformation at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our team, you'll drive initiatives that embed our desired culture, foster a positive employee experience, and align our people with our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement culture programs that translate our strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes.
  • Design and lead targeted initiatives to drive cultural shifts, leveraging key change levers such as leadership, strategy, and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise culture improvement strategies, ensuring seamless execution and embedding culture across all touchpoints.
  • Coach and provide guidance to employees, empowering them to embody our organisational culture and values.
  • Facilitate development programs and workshops to enhance culture and capability, driving long-term success.
  • Deliver high-quality reports and insights to inform our culture program, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives, driving lasting behavioural change.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes through collaboration and strategic partnerships.
  • Facilitation and coaching expertise, with a focus on embedding culture and driving employee engagement.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver desired outcomes in organisational culture.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive employee experience.
