We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join our human resources team in Melbourne, Australia.
About the Role:
- Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and disputes.
- Provide coaching, training, and advice to leaders on employment-related issues.
- Represent the organization at conciliations and dispute resolutions in various tribunals.
- Monitor industry trends, legislative updates, and tribunal decisions to inform proactive workplace relations strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources generalist or industrial relations professional roles.
- Strong knowledge of relevant ER/IR legislation and policies across different jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Effective time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
