Workplace Relations Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing workplace and industrial relations cases to deliver fair and appropriate outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading EBA negotiations, contributing to projects to ensure compliance and providing advice, advising on risks and interpreting industrial instruments, overseeing or conducting workplace investigations, and attending Fair Work meetings and mediations as required.
">As a Workplace Relations Specialist, you will work closely with key stakeholders and the People and Culture Business Partners to achieve positive outcomes. You will be a true business partner who instils trust in your stakeholders by demonstrating integrity and accountability.
You will be an expert in workplace and industrial relations, bringing a passion to contribute to the community in the work you do. Highly organised and able to meet deadlines effectively, you will collaborate with and support others, demonstrating respect in your day-to-day actions.
Requirements:
- Qualification in business, human resources or similar;
- Experience leading EBA negotiations and interpreting industrial instruments;
- Experience in a unionised workplace;
- Strong working knowledge of employment law;
- Satisfactory police check;
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle;
- First 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination;
- Experience in NFP and/or community aged care highly regarded.
