Senior Industrial Relations Specialist

**Job Opportunity: IR Professional**
We are seeking a skilled IR professional to develop their career in a dynamic and growing organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of ER/IR matters across multiple business units.
- Lead and manage enterprise bargaining negotiations.
- Support strategic bargaining through research, trend analysis, and benchmarking.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance matters and workplace investigations.
- Maintain accurate records and case management activities.
- Escalate complex cases and manage workplace litigation.
**Requirements:**
- Tertiary qualifications in Law (desired).
- Previous experience in ER/IR advice provision to team members and leaders.
- Strong knowledge of employment-related legislation, industrial instruments, and Modern Awards.
- Excellent analytical skills and Excel expertise.
- Great time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Blue-collar workforce IR experience viewed favorably.
