About the Role

This is a Cloud Support Associate, Support Engineering role with Amazon (AWS) in Australia, where you will be part of a leading company's growth and transformation. You will work with top companies in the space and directly with Amazon's engineering teams to develop new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and use groundbreaking technologies to provide unique solutions to customers' needs.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex customer problems.
  • Work on critical issues that may span multiple AWS services.
  • Provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams to improve services.
  • Drive customer communication during critical events.
  • Improve support-related processes and customers' technical support experience.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for solving customer cases through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, and driving customer interactions. You may also coach new hires, develop training, create technical articles, partner with internal development teams, or work on process improvement and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in Information Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for technology and troubleshooting.
