Our Cloud Associate TSE 1 Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Associate TSE 1 to join our hybrid working model in Sydney. As a key member of our cloud support team, you will be responsible for directly responding to customer inquiries on areas such as connectivity, Atlas service availability, and UI or platform features. You will also work closely with our engineering teams to escalate complex customer problems.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer questions are answered quickly and accurately, and that our customers receive the help they need, regardless of who provides the answer. Our team combines MongoDB expertise with passion, initiative, teamwork, and a great sense of humor to help our customers succeed with MongoDB globally.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Investigate customer technical issues to find solutions and report bugs
  • Review and test new features before they are publicly available
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a self-taught, curious, and multi-faceted individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a general knowledge of operating systems, hands-on networking experience, and fundamental computing concepts. Additionally, you should have either technical or non-technical customer service experience.

Bonus points if you have experience in databases and administration, automation tooling and APIs, or other relevant areas.
