Job Title: Global Head of Product

Pettit Pharma & Device Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Product to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a blend of strategy development, detailed planning, market analysis, product development, commercial acumen, and people management. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and supporting the global product portfolio to ensure that customers' needs are met with competitively differentiated products that deliver to a growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product lifecycle management strategies to drive innovation and commercial solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and ensure successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales support materials.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and pipelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance of the product portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in product management, product development, and/or product marketing, with 5+ years at a global level.
  • Specialist knowledge of end-to-end medical devices technology development.
  • Proven track record in new product strategy development and planning, as well as commercial operations or analytics.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with stakeholders across and outside the business.
