  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Marketing, Science, Business, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in new product strategy development and planning, commercial operations, or analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
