About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Treasury Leader to join our team at Aristocrat. As a key member of our Finance Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the global treasury function and driving strategic initiatives to deliver efficient, effective, and controlled balance sheet management across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Cash and Balance Sheet Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash and balance sheet management across multiple jurisdictions, supporting Aristocrat's strategic objectives.
  • Capital Management: Partner with key executive stakeholders to design effective strategies and implementation plans for cross-border internal funding arrangements, and prepare and implement capital management recommendations for the CFO/Board.
  • Debt and Equity Financing: Manage the Group's balance sheet, including debt and equity financing, and shareholder cash returns in the form of dividends and share buy-backs in line with Aristocrat's capital management framework.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting and Management: Develop and manage global cash flow forecasting and management to meet both internal and external targets.
  • Banking and Debt Investor Relationships: Lead debt financings and manage banking and debt investor relationships, ensuring funding risk is adequately addressed.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and report compliance with credit agreements, and manage all treasury-related risks (liquidity, foreign currency exposures, interest rate risk, cash investment risk) aligned to Global Treasury policy and risk appetite statement.
  • Automation Strategies: Set vision for automation strategies, supported by Technology, across the Treasury function, including the Treasury Management system.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: As a member of the Group Finance Leadership Team, actively participate in the leadership of the broader function, supporting our Finance culture vision.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or other related graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years of corporate finance, banking, accounting, and/or corporate treasury experience; 10+ years of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders; strong analytical, financial, and systems skills, including advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting rules and Australian and global tax regulations.
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel required to meet team and stakeholders.
