Key Leadership Position:

We are seeking a results-driven Membership Director to join our passionate and committed team. The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategy to acquire, grow and retain membership.

This pivotal role is an important part of our Executive Team and contributes to our strong culture of collaboration and excellence. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead a team of 4 and be responsible for key initiatives including:

  • Developing and executing a membership strategy to increase membership
  • Defining the organisation's brand positioning as part of an overall communications and marketing strategy
  • Delivering and executing membership fundraising appeals
  • Working across the organisation to ensure an integrated approach to communication and marketing
  • Ensuring superior service delivery to members

About You:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Membership strategist who can drive innovation and act as a true visionary to their team. Key requirements include:

  • Relevant tertiary-level qualifications
  • Proven experience in a membership organisation
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Superior interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
