Leadership Opportunity in Membership and Engagement

This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the development and execution of a strategic membership growth plan to diversify and enhance value propositions.

  • Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to support business development and drive impact.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic leadership within philanthropic, membership, or not-for-profit organisations. They should also possess strong background in marketing, communications, and business development.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and financial acumen are required.

About the Role: This leadership position involves overseeing member retention and recruitment initiatives to maintain and grow the membership base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic membership growth plan to enhance value propositions.
  • Manage a national team and hold accountability for budgeting, CRM utilisation, reporting, and member engagement approaches across regions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic leadership within philanthropic, membership, or not-for-profit organisations.
  • Strong background in marketing, communications, and business development.
